  • Joined a 2nd book club (wigs at dinner in Hyde Park)
  • Revisited Human Design at a birthday party
  • Breath work, kundalini yoga & sound bath event, hosted at Women’s Arc Physiotherapy, with Meditate Into It & Tedi Serge
  • Connected with Asian business group @asiansinboise
  • Return to Nampa Chamber breakfast & coffee events after a hiatus
  • Spa night event
  • Fundraiser at PIVOT (learned about myofascial release)
  • Discovered the Mayor of Nampa is an equally enthusiastic Trader Joe’s fan
  • Began Ayurvedic health journey

WORK

  • New front desk coordinator joins NAVA
  • Launched scar gel product
  • Began intentional networking with women in aesthetics
  • Edited & updated a textbook chapter originally written in 2018

  • Thawed carrot oat muffins (first winter storing frozen food)

PLANTS

  • Rescued ZZ finally sprouted
  • Orchids growing
  • Few-year-old jade gets shocked, struggling after years of living in the front hallway
  • 40th birthday gift (5-year-old) succulent bloomed

DECOR

  • Same winter “holiday” wreath: Trader Joe’s boxwood & red berry with faux pink poinsettia.
  • Same bedding: Vera Bradley outlet “Hidden Hearts” fleece & snowflake pillow bedding.

BIRKS

  • Overall the same rotation
  • Black Uppsala for events—because some outings still deserve a touch of polish
  • Shearling London to keep heels cozy (no snow yet, but staying prepared)
  • Shearling lavender Boston clogs for everyday wandering and errands
  • Buffalo Plaid Zermatt slippers for home
  • Manolo Blahnik Boston for work clogs
  • New Kay supergrip with pink flowers for surgery center
